I was standing at the base position in the osseous field [*standup position technique] after SHOUTING SOJAMMMMMMMM (i love to shout it…hihihi), relaxed a bit and just before the OmHas [*high breathing technique] i was about to make, I Saw/Felt and Experienced the earth spinning/rotating vertically around me from the tip of my toe at the floor upward in front of me…all the floor and the room was rotating up around me like about 270 degrees i guess… It was fascinating, I’ve tried to stay as cool as I could not being surprised so much by it in order to avoid its disappearance if I let my mind take the control and interrupt it so it would “cut” new unpredictable experiences; So i was just standing there watching it and stood there staring and feeling this experience. I remember having a big smile on my face, lots of heat and energy moving inside and around me. it was so amazing to be in this space…

than after its rapid rotation my sight was fixed again back to the floor and wall in-front of me. all the floor and wall was vibrating and shifting up and down – it was like a wave of sound . slowly and gradually the movement reduce its shift and speed till all came back to normal and the vibration Stop. it last for some time , it doesn’t matter how long but i felt like about a moment in this experience.

it was so vivid and I felt just great energy inside me, everything was sharp and clear, and couldn’t take the smile and feeling for some time .
I’ve thanked the experience, continue my practice, OmHas and sat down for some meditate…”

Sojammmmm!!!

i had very early after beginning at The Boston School of Boabom, been lucky enough to attend a Meditation Seminar, given at The School. Never having had any prior experience with meditation, i was unsure as to what i should expect. As with all things related to The Boston School of Boabom it was a wonderful and most positive experience. The Teachers and Students filled the room with enough positive energy and enthusiasm, for even one as oblivious as i, to feel comfortable. The introduction and discussion set my fear of being brainwashed at ease. Fact being, all anyone would have needed to brainwash me back then, would have been a wet paper towel!

i honestly and truly relaxed to an amazing degree! Possibly due to my being both physically and mentally at ease from the exercises we learned. The atmosphere, the Teachers, and the Students, all made it very easy for me. In doing so, through the course of the seminar, i learned to be at ease with myself as well. Although only a fleeting taste of what may be possible some day through extensive work and experience. Meditation is work after all, the work of filtering out all the interruptions my noggin sends me. In doing so the quiet provides opportunity to reevaluate more clearly, what is honestly going on in my life.

When i first began to meditate, thoughts of what was at the present time a bother in my life, would intrude, so as to distract me. As i practiced the exercises and lessons from the seminar, i got better at meditating. The better i get at meditating, the better i get at me. When i can at times get my mind to hush. Those brief moments are pure insightful relaxation.

i like to meditate either in a recliner or lying down. So there is always the possibility of turning my meditation into a nap. My early attempts led to some most memorable snoozes! A form of Sleepitation which provides for a most relaxed practitioner. Yeah, i wasn’t sleeping … i was meditating! Noooooo, i wasn’t snoring, that’s meditation breathing. Just sounds like snoring!! Like any self improvement program meditating is best practiced on a regular basis. Meditation has many forms and avenues. Some aspects of my day can at times mimic the meditation in movement, that i sometimes experience in a Boabom class. Likewise simply going for a walk can prove a most rewarding and healthy form of meditation. Yes you can meditate while walking, working, anywhere! Who knew? Thanks to an amazing seminar i now do! And whenever possible i do just that!

If i have learned anything, it is that meditation is about and for me. It allows me to stop, relax, and find my own answers. But more so, as it shows positive realizations and growth in me, it also positively impacts those in my life as well. If you ever have the opportunity, i would highly recommend attending a Seminar on Meditation taught by Asanaro. From experience it may prove to be time very well spent. Which may help you to better spend your time…

Possibly be the start of something new for you and those in your life as well.

Also from experience, meditation is so much healthier and cheaper than medication! My experience has been there are no down sides to meditating. Except of course, my bartender was sad when i started meditating, and stopped my frequent need to medicate!!!!!!

Sojammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Among the many tales of the Boabom Arts, there is one in particular that calls my attention. It is told that there was a remote retreat in the mountains, inhabited by a group of elders who had achieved some fame for their strange meditation techniques. The retreat was called “The Shelter” and the technique that was taught there was called “The Meditation of the Dance that Reveals the Thought.” Apprentices came from many different towns to learn from the elders. Now and then one of them, tired of the practices or without enough confidence in their effectiveness, left the place before his time.

One of these returned one day, after some time away, and announced himself by brusquely knocking at the entrance. One of the elders, the one who had been his Guide, slowly went and opened the great gate separating the Shelter from the outer world.

The apprentice asked, rudely, “Old man, I will go straight to the point: I want to teach the Meditation of the Dance that Reveals the Thought, which I learned from you, in town… I have come to let you know, anyway, that I will give you a portion of what I receive for the teachings…” After hesitating for a moment he continued, “I do not want to annoy you old man, but I will do this, with or without you.”

The elder looked strangely at him, silent, and the young one insisted, “You know, I am not interested in staying here or finishing the years that you ask for your discipline. I think that is useless, and that you are full of faults… I will consider your answer, but remember, I will do it anyway, with or without your consent.”

The old Guide felt sad, only saying, “It is a shame that your learning has not been fulfilled, and it is a shame that the Meditation of the Dance that Reveals the Thought has not been able to awaken in you its fundamental achievement: humility. With no achievement, there is no seed… therefore, how can you teach what is born infertile? And moreover, why do you need my approval for something you have already decided?”

The young man looked at him with an angry, confused expression. “You, always with your strange riddles…”

The elder replied, “Son, it makes no sense to give approval what already has been approved, as it makes no sense to encourage the road that leads into a chasm, as it makes no sense to use a subtle teaching only in the hope of strengthening your wounded pride.”

The ex-apprentice stood surprised, nervously arguing, “But I will pay you a part… It will be helpful for you, you can buy some things for the Shelter.”.

The old Guide finally answered, “What you have lost can not be found by buying it, and what brings life to this Shelter are not things, so please continue on your way… And if some day you would like to return, come, but knock with humility.”

The young one grumbled something between his teeth, and walked away.

The Way of the Wild Cat (From the new book: “Boabom Meditations: 38 Stories and Fables” – Chapter 3)

There once was a wild cat who was friends with a house cat, and every once in a while they’d go hunting together. On a particular day they found themselves quite hungry, so they chased a plump, delicious looking rabbit. The rabbit ran and hid in his burrow, so the two cats sat outside the entrance, waiting.

The wild cat sat patiently, silent and calm, waiting only for the prey to show itself; he did not move, did not even turn his head. The house cat quickly became bored, and he began to move about and, rolling around on the ground, started speaking to the wild cat:

“Let’s go hunting someplace else.”

But there was no response from the wild cat, who did not even move to look at him. The house cat kept on whining.

“It’s so hot… my legs hurt… purrrr… maybe that rabbit’s not worth it.” “I’m so bored…” Soon he continued his complaints. “You know, you’re obsessed… I’m more comfortable at home than with you…” “Purrr… you always think you’re the boss.. Aren’t you tired? You don’t even care about me…”

Yet through all this there was no response from the wild cat, who neither spoke nor felt any pity, for his own fate, or for that of his friend. Finally the house cat turned and left for home, bored with waiting, exclaiming as he left:

“It’s a strange thing, the way of the wild cat!”

After the cat left and silence came, the rabbit came outside; the wild cat caught him and ate him alone, an unforgettable feast.

It has been a pleasure to be guided personally by Asanaro during his stay in Norway. He is a living example of the ancient Arts.

During the years I have tried yoga, tai ji and qi gong, but have found it boring after some time, something was missing.

When I was introduced to Seamm Jasani through Asanaros first book six months ago, I started to practice the movements daily. For me it was love from the first movements, a remembering. I enjoy the variety of the movements and look forward to my daily practice. The movements balance body and mind and help me return to the core of my being, I am and beyond.

I congratulate Asanaro for the way he have put the 58 movements together and how easy it was to follow his instructions and drawings. Two month ago I started to study and practicing the movements in his second book The Secret Art of Boabom.

I love the dance between the two Arts, one slow, deliberate and detailed with its elongated breathing technique and Boabom fast, strong and quick, precise and solid with a sharp breathing technique, stimulate hidden psychic energy and the subconscious. The movements sober and quiet the mind, so we as human beings can be more receptive to the divine influence. The two Arts balance the feminine and masculine energies and help me move more harmoniously on my earth path. With practice and patience gradually the ancient Arts reveal its secrets, open our hearts, create new connections in the mind and helps us to let go of unwanted patterns. The movements are living you that are the joy of it. The Arts are a great gift to humanity.

With gratitude, love and joy I thank you, Asanaro and your teachers.

Singular and telling, is the bark of a lone Birch tree.

Some might see as imperfections, the Beauty marks,

which her timeless, weathered and vibrant skin bears.

Her age can be seen and felt, in her presence and being.

She stands with the wisdom and grace which has allowed

her to survive many decades, storms, seasons and man.

Some might view her as old and less than she truly is.

To know her, lie under her proud, serene, and loving umbrella.

Slim young branches move with the carefree urgency of youth.

Larger ones move with the unhurried grace found in experience.

Her bright leaves dance wildly in the swift summers breeze.

Turning up their heels and showing their undersides as excited

warning of an afternoon thunder storm soon to be passing by.

She wears a warm and knowing grin as she makes life just

a bit more bearable and beautiful. While a guardian of life itself.

Like most females, she can be a contradiction wise and gleeful,

experienced yet seeking new experiences, a woman , a child.

She lives life, she gives life, while sustaining and celebrating life.

As with all energies female, She is a Goddess, in the truest sense.

Her wise and enduring strength is founded in accepting what life holds.

In her being strong and secure enough to accept. She and all about her flourish!

Once upon a time there was a road, wide and flat, with a man walking along it. Now this man was drunk, so drunk that he staggered along, zigzagging from one side of the road to the other. Because of this his progress was slow, and he complained with every step. All of a sudden he picked up speed, running headlong towards a hole at the side of the road, which he promptly fell into. As he rolled over, clutching his head, he called out, “Who is so miserable, cruel, and malicious that he put this hole right in my way?!”
