Boabom Mind, Outside Time
I woke up at 5:20 am :-> it was still dawn though you could see the light emerging and a new day was about to born.
I’ve put some clothes on, drank 2 glasses of water and drove to the nearest empty beach
It was actually 6:00 Am when I started my Boabom session at the beach.
I took the shoes off, standing barefoot on the cold sand and relaxing myself with couple of breath for the beginning of
my practice.
It was quite chilly for this hour where the sky had lighted up by the early sun rays behind the clouds.
I was gazing at the horizon, it was nice feeling, and felt very happy.
I started the Art of awakening to worm up my body.
I was moving, looking at the waves, horizon, turning around to watch the mountains behind me till I sat down in front of
the sea for the sitting positions, and felt the worm of the sun rays on my back
I was doing as usual the Boabom fist and Boabom palm.
Suddenly during the Boabom Fist when I was lifting my hands up and holding them the speed of time changed.
all the movement in front of me was very slow. It was like a slow motion, when you run a film at slow speed like about 20%
of its original speed.
I was looking at the waves, they moved very slow and it was mute. I didn’t hear a thing, it was emptiness, no sound,
I couldn’t hear the waves crashing on the shore nor the wind in my ears.
It was as if I entered a time out of space . hihihihi
But here comes the tricky part – I was a bit surprised to the feeling and remember saying to myself
“wow – slow motion, no sound, whiiiihiiii” – as soon as I gave it attention I let my mind play trick on me -
it categorized the thought; and I gave my mind the control so the experience faded away to the same speed, sound and
normal reality we use to have.
The experience I had was great. It last for a very short of time like 4-5 sec I guess, but still I was having fun.
later, after relaxing myself from the session, I’ve looked at it from outside with different perspective and realize I had an
important thing to learn and practice:
When you flow without the interference of the mind you give yourself the opportunity to experience endless possibilities,
But as soon as we give it attention we categorize it as a thought from our mind patterns and memories instead of just
staring with no judgment or thinking so we can have things as they are
–Wiz (Boabom – Israel)
